BISE Multan Invites the SSC Annual 2020 Admission Application Form Under the Following Instructions

As we know that every year the board of intermediate and secondary education, BISE Multan starts the admission session of the students of matric class. Now, for 2020 study program the admission session is going to be started and the board of education has disclosed the complete guide or terms and conditions by following which the educational departments or students will submit their admission application forms for 10th class. All these instructions are for the students who are going to apply for a regular study program.  However, the educational departments or students who will not follow or disobey the given instructions their forms will not be entertained.

Following are the Conditions Which are Necessary to Obey While Submitting the Admission Application Forms:

  1. The annual examination session is going to be started on February 22nd, 2020. All the institutes are to be suggested to make separate sections of separate batches while submitting the admission form of the candidates. Moreover, the departments are also advised to submit separate application forms for the 9th and 10th classes.
  2. All the departments’ head is to be advised to put the thumb impression of the candidate under their supervision and make it sure that the thumb impression is himself by the candidate. In case of any mistreatment, the legal action will be implemented against head or the students.
  3. Applicants or heads are to be informed to read all the instructions carefully and submit the duly filled application form. However, in case of any change in the given detail applicants will be required to pay Rs. 350/- for any changing in each section or column.
  4. Applicants are required to paste fresh photographs on online admission forms and attestation signature and stamp must not be on the face of the candidate.
  5. Applicants are required to past the photograph with the help of glue and also fixed it with the help of scotch tape on the boundaries. Otherwise, the application forms will not be accepted.
  6. All the class in-charges are to be informed to make sure that all the information on the application forms is complete and right, otherwise if any fault or misuse will come to see then both, the applicants and class heads, will come under serious legal action.
  7. Applicants whose attendance will short in 10th class they will be able to send the admission once completing their attendance. However, applicants whose attendance is short in the 9th class will be able to send the admission form along with 10th class admission form in the next year.
  8. The heads of the class are required to inform that controller of the examination 14 days before admission due date about the applicants whose admission is not sending due to shortage in attendance.
  9. Applicants who were failed in one or two subjects the name of the subjects would already be mentioned on the roll number slips. However, the applicants who will not be willing to appear for the failed subjects will be required to report to the department within 20 days after official announcement of date sheets or rill number slips. Otherwise, students will be considered absent in those subjects and they will appear with failure status.
  10. Those applicants who have passed 9th class examination and by mistake put the name of the 9th class subjects on the 10th class admission form. Those students will also be required to report within 20 days and also to pay the relevant fee for this mistake. Otherwise, no objection will be considered from students.
  11. It is to be requested to the heads of the classes or institutes to deliver roll number slips to the students earlier than examination session because if any mistake will be found students can solve this.   
  12. The heads of the departments are also to notify that make sure that the examination center and all other related information is completely filled on the admission form.
  13. The board of Multan is to be notified that it will only be able to attest to the admission form of the current and previous students who are registered under BISE Multan. Other application forms will not be accepted.
