Quid-i-Azam University Ph.D, MPhil Admission Procedure 2021
The admissions process takes place every year in December/January and July/August on a regional quota basis as well as on a self-financed education scheme basis. The Quaid-i-Azam university Bachelor’s program admissions take place in the fall semester but Ph.D., MPhil and Master’s programmes admission programs take place twice in a year.
Quaid-i-Azam University Spring Semester 2021 Latest Admissions
The Quaid-i-Azam University offers education on the semester system basis to the is based on a semester system. The academic year of each duration is based on 16 weeks of teaching academic calendar. There is always a gap of two weeks between both semesters. However, the spring semester starts on the first Monday in the month of February and fall semesters start on the first Monday of September.
Masters Degree Program 2021 Duration Details
The Master’s degree program is based on 2 Years and for MBA the degree time period is 1.5/2 Years. All the programs follow the semester system (Fall semester & Spring Semester) except for the short courses including MSc and Computer/IT Diploma/Short Courses are offered once a semester. All interested students can take admission in the following four faculties of Quaid-i-Azam university which includes
- Faculty of Biological Sciences
- Faculty of Natural Sciences
- Faculty of Social Sciences
- Medicine (Affiliated)
M.Phil. Programme Spring Semester Admissions Dates 2021
The Quaid-i-Azam University MPhil program is based on 2 Years of education. For enrollment in M.Phill, the applicant must have passed MA/MSc degree or its equivalent in the relative field. The last date to apply for spring semester admission in M.Phil. program is Monday 27th January 2021.

Ph.D. Programme Spring Semester Admissions Dates 2021
The Ph.D. degree progarmme is based on 3 years of education. In order to take admission to the Ph.D. program, the candidate must have an MS/ MPhil degree or its equivalent in a relevant subject from a recognized university. Applicants who want to take admission can apply for spring semester admission in the Ph.D. programme before the last date which is Monday 27th January 2021.

The Quid-i-University Admissions Office facilitates the admission process purely on the basis of merit by maintaining the completion of the admission process in a comprehensive manner. Students who want to be enrolled can obtain the admission form along with Prospectus for all the academic programs from the QAU Campus branches of Habib Bank Ltd. and Askari Bank Ltd. Admission forms can be downloaded from the Quaid-i-Azam University official website. However, students are required to submit dues for admission form which are PKR 2000.
