The college is located on Warsak road, which takes off Jamrud road near St. Mary's school. The college has a lush green sprawling campus that spreads over an area of 25 kanals. It consists of administrative offices, teaching complex, libraries, laboratories, and cafeteria. Excellent facilities of indoor and outdoor games are available. The college is easily accessible from the cantonment railway station, the city main bus terminal and the Peshawar International Airport.

Academic Programs and Curriculum

PMDC offers MBBS and BDS as its undergraduate degrees but also hosts other curriculum. The curriculum aims to equip the students in both the theoretical and practical aspects of medicine and dental science. The college believes in a multi-leveled approach and combination of clinical practice with instruction. Most of the staff members have traveled abroad for academic furtherance, hence are therefore very helpful in the students’ academic life.

Extracurricular Activities and Community Engagement

Looking beyond the classroom, students of PMDC are also motivated to take part in such activities that will aid in development and leadership. The college conducts multiple programs including Health Camps, Seminars, and Workshops to improve the health awareness of the society. Students through the same initiative are able to reach out to the society actively being involved in the application of what they have been taught. Such benefit, though far more than the students can handle although it sure is beneficial towards education, this also stresses the need for social responsibility in the field of medicine.
