In order to gain the admission to the university the students must pass the entrance test conducted by the examination board of the university. Multiple Choice Questions of Physics, Mathematics and English are given in the test paper. The entry test of the university is quite competitive and tough. The admission is based on merit and there are limited number of seats available in each department.
The past academic record is also important in order to gain admission into the university. The student must have at least 60 % marks in FSC. (Premedical). More over academic score in Physics and Mathematics matters a lot, so the minimum marks in these two subjects should at least be 60 % (FS.C) or minimum grade C (A-levels).
The admission test for undergraduate will be held in the first week of July each year in 7 major cities of Pakistan.
