Candidates have to fill online application form with all required documents and must follow rules and regulations otherwise their admission form would be rejected.

• Submit the form when you finish. You will receive a Form Number. Please note it carefully.
• Download and print following documents;
  1. Admission Application Form
  2. Challan Form
  3. ID Card Development Slip
  4. Hand Writing Sample
• Deposit the challan to the nearest Bank Branch (as specified in challan) & attach copy of deposited Bank Challan along with required documents. Finally, mail the hard copy of your complete admission form at admission office.
