The rest cost of living includes transportation, clothes, books, phone entertainment. A high speed internet in South Korea costs around $30 US per month. Transportation depends on the city you have chosen to live in and how far or near it is to your campus and work. Students there are provided with Konkuk student card allowing them to avail discount on travelling through Bus and Metro services around the country.  South Korean universities help its students in finding the right place for living as well. Many universities offer dormitories consisting of many other facilities such as libraries, study rooms and also kitchens for cooking. Apart from that there are plenty of facilities for those who want single housing facility and the cost of living vary depending upon the location and city you are living, for example Seoul is expensive most city in south Korea.

Fee packages and Scholarship

South Korean universities are less costly as compare to those in USA and Canada. Normally state universities offer US $ 3000 to US $ 6000 per semester for under graduate students. Private universities are relatively more expensive than state universities. Whereas scholarships are concerned that also depend on the university’s policy. A few universities are also giving full scholarship or a certain percentage off from tuition fee including airfare and living expenses depending on their scholarship criteria. South Korea is certainly providing a quality education and ensuring a good living standard to its foreign students, no wonder the reason behind its rising popularity among those who want to study abroad.
