Kazakhstan is offering a fully funded scholarship for international students in 2025

The Kazakhstan Government Scholarship 2025 provides completely supported opportunities for overseas students to pursue Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. programs at universities around Kazakhstan. This program is managed by the Republic of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Science and Higher Education and is open to foreign applicants, as well as Kazakh nationals who are not Kazakhstan citizens.

Eligibility Criteria

Apply for the first time at this study level.
A copy of a valid identification card or refugee certificate is required.
A previous certificate with at least a "good" average grade.
You need to write a motivational essay, and you can choose to do it in either Kazakh, Russian, or English.
Provide at least two letters of recommendation from academic institutions or employers.
Medical certificates, such as an HIV/AIDS test report.
Notarized translation of academic publications that are not in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
