International Master's Scholarships Program IDEX France Fully Funded

Université Paris-Saclay aims to increase international students' access to its Master's programmes, which are offered by its faculties, component institutions, and associated universities, as well as to make it easier for highly qualified international students to join the University, particularly those who want to develop an academic project through research up to the doctoral level.
Scholarships will be awarded for the academic year 2025–2026. Established with the IDEX funding of the 3rd Programme Investissements d'Avenir, and based on academic achievements, these scholarships are aimed at students admitted to a Master's program.

The goal of this international scholarship program is to reduce the financial load on talented overseas students and provide them with straightforward entry to the greatest educational system.

Eligibility Criteria

International students study in France for the first time.
Students aged 30 or under during the year of selection.
Candidates with a gap of three years in their studies are not eligible to apply.
Students who have previously enrolled in French higher education institutions are not eligible to apply.
Foreign students who have previously enrolled in French higher education institutions abroad may apply.
Candidates who are currently receiving any other scholarship or grant are ineligible.

Scholarship Amount and Payment

The Université Paris-Saclay scholarship is worth 10,000 euros each year. It is paid by Université Paris-Saclay for the academic year, which runs from September to June and lasts 10 months.
Depending on the candidate's country of origin, up to €1,000 in travel and visa charges may be awarded.
Laureates will receive their scholarship and travel expenses only after arriving in France and enrolling in the programme to which they were admitted.

Applications Open

The deadline for candidate selection by the Master's program coordinator is May 5, 2025. Once selected, individuals must apply for the scholarship before May 9, 2025.
