International Cultural Service Program

Oregon University has started a program for national and international students named International Cultural Service Program with the aim to provide them with cross-cultural exchange opportunities.

This program was started by Oregon University in 1983. Pakistan is one of them in circulating Pakistani culture while studying abroad. Along with this cultural development, the ICSP program of Oregon University provides funds for international students to study and propagate their culture in the USA.

ICSP Scholarship

ICSP is funding deserving, and brilliant international students for years. Students selected for higher studies by ICSP receive a partial tuition fee discount in the annual fee of the one-degree program.

ICSP scholarships accept applications for undergraduate and master's programs only. Students have to sign an agreement to spend 60-80 hrs on cultural services in a year. They have to demonstrate to different communities and schools the culture and heritage of their country.

Criteria For ICSP Scholarship Selection

Students have to follow the described criteria to be selected for ICSP Scholarship

• Must be a Pakistani national (not a dual citizen)

• Not be a USA citizen

• Students have to obtain an acceptance/admission letter from Oregon University (OU)

• They must have to apply to the OU before 15th January every year

• Applicants have to demonstrate financial needs

• They must have an excellent academic score (the minimum required CGPA is 3.5/4.0)

Oregon University Enrolled Students

• Go to the UO scholarship portal

• Fill out the application form

• Upload all required documents (reference letters)

• Submit the ICSP scholarship application

Incoming Or New Transfer Applicants

• Apply for admission to any undergraduate or master's degree program at Oregon University

• Students will get an invitation email from the university, this happens just after a week of application submission

• Go to the ICSP scholarship dashboard

• Fill out the application form

• Upload all required documents including reference letter

• Submit the application

• Academic transcripts

• English language proficiency test certificate, IELTS or TOFEL with minimum 7 and 88 scores respectively (not required from American graduates)

• Students can also submit another English language test score like Duolingo

• A scanned copy of the passport
