Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you need to meet these requirements:

• Be a citizen of a developing country
• You need to have a Bachelor’s degree for Master’s programs or a Master’s degree for Doctoral programs.
• Be under 45 if you're applying for a Master’s or under 50 for a PhD
• Have relevant work experience, preferably in public service or government-related jobs
• Be in good health and have a clean academic and professional background
