Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, candidates need to meet these requirements:

• PhD Status: Have a doctoral degree or be about to finish it. You must get your PhD within two years of the submission deadline.
• Research Experience: Have at least one paper published in a peer-reviewed journal.
• International Mobility: Don't have stayed or worked mainly in Switzerland for over a year in the three years before the deadline.
• Institutional Rule: People who got their PhD from ETH Zurich, the University of Zurich, or any ETH Domain institutions can't apply.
• Mentorship Requirement: A professor at ETH Zurich must host you. Each professor can only support one application per deadline.

Fellowship Benefits

• Duration: 2 years (non-renewable)
