The scholarship will cover only Home/EU tuition fees. The fee waiver will be applied annually for the duration of the standard registration period (three years full-time), subject to the satisfactory progress of the student.
Eligibility Criteria
A good first degree in Law or related discipline (minimum high 2:1 (Hons) level) is essential; additional qualifications, in particular, a Master’s degree or relevant professional experience are desirable.
Applicants for whom English is not their first language are required to demonstrate their ability in English e.g. IELTS overall minimum score of 6.5.
The University of Bedfordshire offers scholarships to all international and home/EU students who apply for a Ph.D. study at the Centre for Research in Law (CRiL). The Award is expected to cover tuition fees for up to 3 years of study at waiver and will be awarded to applicants with a law degree and the required English proficiency level.
