8th Class Result History
Punjab Education Commission, PEC on March 24th, 2021 has announced the complete assessment policy for PEC 8th class results 2021. The PEC will arrange and announce the result based on the assessment policy. However, the final date for the assessment result is not decided yet. Students will be provided a complete result schedule once after its final approval by the PEC.

How Marks Will Be Assessed
We know that last year due to Covid-19, the examination session has been cancelled by the PEC. However, the same case also comes to see for the 2021 academic year. However, PEC has announced the complete policy that how the result will be arranged or how the marks will be assessed. Here students are offered the complete policy that how their efforts will be assessed and how marks will be given to them.
The result will be based on the homework and annual assessment which is given below:
Students are provided homework of vacations because all the educational institutes were remained closed due to Covid-19. However, 30 marks will be calculated from the homework and 20 marks will be based on the viva voce or interview. Students will be called to appear in their respective schools for viva voce or interview. The syllabus from the homework is included for the viva voce session.
The PEC will conduct the annual examination through Item Bank that will be uploaded on the official site of PEC. The exam of every subject will be comprised of MCQs. For all subjects, the paper will be comprised of 25 MCQS except the Islamiyat paper. For the Islamiyat paper 15 MCQs will be arranged. However, a 20 marks Nazra e Quran session will also be conducted. The final report will be done based on the homework and annual assessment or exams. However, if students have any queries related to the annual assessment or Item Bank system then they are advised to contact their respective schools and PEC officials.
