The Health Services Academy (HAS) is considered the first HEC recognized institute to provide the award of Master of Science in Public Health. It is a prestigious institute that started the degree of MSPH intending to empower public health and its issues. To enable students to learn and ensure a healthy community. It is a research-based degree that leads to the growth of future public health workers in public and private sectors, NGOs, various other organizations, etc.
To enroll for the degree of MSPH at Health Services Academy, an applicant must have completed their studies in any of the following programs; MBBS, BDS, DVM, DPT, BS Nutrition, Nursing, Pharm D, or other equivalent degrees.
SZABIST offers a 2-year degree in Master of Science in Public Health. The institute has divided the program into two streams; with 36 credit hours or 60 credit hours. The students can apply in any of the streams with various elective courses and a thesis project.
The main objective to offer MSPH is to teach students the knowledge of public health. The eligibility criteria for SZABIST is to have 16 years of education in MBBS, DVM, DPT, or equivalent degrees.
