YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

P4A invites applications for its flagship Young Professionals Programme (YPP)—a unique opportunity to contribute to Punjab’s evolving Public Private Partnership (PPP) ecosystem. The first programme of its kind dedicated to PPPs in Pakistan. This highly competitive, one-year programme places fresh graduates at the core of real PPP transactions, working closely with experienced professionals.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Age: 25 years
  • 16 years of education from an HEC recognized institution or a reputable foreign university
  • Minimum CGPA: 3.3
  • Applicants must be Pakistani nationals

Selected Professionals will receive a PKR 150,000 Monthly stipend for One Year.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Applicants shall download the application form from https://www.p4a.punjab.gov.pk/jobs.
  2. A hard copy of the application form, along with attested copies of academic degrees and transcripts, experience certificates (if available), CNIC, a recent passport-size photograph and an updated CV, shall be submitted to the undersigned latest by 22-07-2026.
  3. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
  4. Selection shall be made strictly in line with the P4A Young Professionals Programme.
  5. A total of fifteen (15) Young Professionals will be selected.
  6. P4A reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of professionals without assigning any reason.
  7. Only shortlisted applicants shall be invited for the test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
  8. YPP is a one-year, structured professional development initiative. It is not a job and does not confer any right to regularization or contractual employment.
