Location: Karachi
Reporting To: Chief Credit Officer – Retail and Program Lending
Division: Risk Management
Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution
Preferred: Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications
At least 10 years of banking experience
Minimum 5 years in Consumer/SME/SBP schemes or product/program-based lending
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale/public sector organizations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Expertise in data/portfolio analysis, including identifying trends and performing logical inferences
Sound knowledge of Consumer & SME SBP Prudential Regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to promote innovation and manage change
Formulate, review, and update governance and product policies for the Retail & Program Lending Division
Recommend risk control mechanisms to minimize defaults/NPLs
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal credit procedures
Collaborate with business units to develop customer-focused lending products
Perform portfolio reviews, ORR model validations, and DPD monitoring
Assist in reducing NPLs and implementing corrective actions
Provide credit risk insights in product development and market strategies
Maintain documentation and assist in training and policy communication
Any additional assignments as delegated by supervisors

Reporting To: Unit Head – Corporate Banking
Division: Corporate & Investment Banking
Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
Preferred: Master’s degree or certifications like ACCA, CFA
Minimum 2 years in the Banking/Financial sector
At least 1 year in Corporate or Investment Banking, Credit/Risk, or Relationship Management
Strong understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking products/services
Analytical and structuring skills
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
Understanding of financial regulations and client needs
Assist Unit Head in strategy implementation and achieving business targets
Originate and manage client relationships to grow the asset portfolio
Identify cross-sell opportunities and improve client wallet share
Monitor client performance, profitability, and creditworthiness
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
Prepare credit proposals with accuracy and compliance
Ensure adherence to SBP regulations and internal credit policies
Maintain internal control standards and respond to audit points
Suggest process improvements aligned with best practices
Handle routine documentation and perform tasks assigned by supervisors
