HIRING OF SERVICES ON PER LECTURE/HOUR BASIS

The University of Sargodha invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the following positions at the E-Rozgaar Training Center, offered on a per lecture/hour basis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Sciences, Management, Social Sciences, Electrical and Telecommunication, General Sciences, Commerce, Finance, or related fields from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.

  • Minimum 2 years of professional freelancing experience with a well-established profile on freelancing portals, or verifiable direct client experience.

  • Teaching/training experience will be preferred.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily classes as per the schedule in the assigned domain.

  • Teach freelancing and proposal writing skills.

  • Create freelancing profiles for all students on relevant platforms.

  • Deliver domain-specific tools and techniques effectively.

  • Engage students through quizzes, assignments, and practical class activities.

  • Submit a final report highlighting the success stories and outcomes of each batch.

  • Conduct awareness sessions when applications are open for new batches.

  • Prepare, review, and update course outlines and curricula as required.

  • Participate in outreach events to generate student applications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of student freelancing profiles created.

  • Number of students earning and total batch earnings.

  • Class retention rate and student engagement.

  • Timely delivery of student performance reports and freelancing profiles.

  • Effective delivery of both online and physical classes.

  • Conducting make-up sessions as necessary.

General Information

  1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  2. Maximum age limit: 45 years.

  3. The prescribed application form (BS-17 & above) is available on the university website: www.uos.edu.pk.

  4. Applicants must submit:

    • Completed application form

    • Detailed CV

    • Attested copies of educational and experience certificates

    • Two recent passport-sized photographs (affixed on the form)

    • Original bank deposit slip or University Challan Form of Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable), deposited in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803 under Head of Account "Collection", University of Sargodha.

  5. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  6. False information in the application will lead to disqualification and legal action.

  7. Payment will be made on per hour basis, as per university-approved rates.

  8. The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withhold any post without assigning a reason.

  9. Appointments are purely on a per lecture hour basis for one year, extendable based on performance and institutional needs.

  10. The appointment may be discontinued at any time upon recommendation from the concerned authority.

  11. Hiring will be conducted as per University SOPs, Rules, and Regulations.
