Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab for the following positions on a contract basis:

1. Director Medical Education and International Linkages (BPS-20)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Required Qualification:

    • MBBS with Level III Postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC.

    • Level III Postgraduate qualification in Medical Education recognized by PM&DC.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years of practical experience, including 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable medical institution recognized by PM&DC.

2. Database Administrator (BPS-17)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Required Qualification:

    • Master's degree (2nd division or Grade-B) in Computer Science or IT;
      OR

    • Four-year Bachelor's degree (2nd division or Grade-B) in Computer Science or IT from an HEC recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • 3 years' experience in database administration or troubleshooting.

3. Webmaster / Assistant Software Engineer (BPS-16)

  • No. of Posts: 03

  • Required Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree (1st division or Grade-B) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT from an HEC recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • 1-year post-qualification experience in software or network administration or troubleshooting in a public or private sector organization.

4. Hardware Technician (BPS-15)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Required Qualification:

    • Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electronics.

  • Experience:

    • 3 years' experience in I.T hardware repairing.

5. Technical Assistant (BPS-12)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Required Qualification (either of the following):

    • Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electronics from a recognized Board.
      OR

    • ICS (minimum 2nd division) with a 3-month certificate in I.T Hardware Repairing.

  • Experience:

    • 1-year experience in hardware repairing.

Important Notes:

  • Only practical experience obtained after the required qualification will be considered.

  • Experience in private entities is acceptable only if the entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority.

  • All appointments will be made on a contract basis as per UHS Service Statutes 2005.

  • For posts from Sr. No. 2 to 5, a written/technical/typing/performance test will be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

  • Preference will be given to those with experience in a reputable Public Sector Medical University/Institution.

  • Maximum age limit is 55 years as of the last date for application submission.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

  • Selected candidates may be posted at City Campus or Jinnah Campus (KSK).

  • Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  • Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible.

  • The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without prior notice.

  • Applicants working in Public Sector must apply through proper channel.

Phase 1: Online Submission

  1. Visit the UHS job portal: http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs.

  2. Complete the form with personal, educational, and experience details.

  3. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.

  4. Print the completed form via the "DOWNLOAD AND PRINT" option.

Phase 2: Manual Submission

  1. Download and print the online form.

  2. Attach the following documents:

    • Attested copies of all educational and experience certificates.

    • CNIC

    • Domicile

    • Passport size colored photographs

    • Original paid bank challan

  3. Submit the complete application either by post or by hand at the Diary & Dispatch Section, Office of Deputy Registrar (HR), Room #12, UHS, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.

Application Fee (via Bank of Punjab):

  • BPS-12 to BPS-16: Rs. 500/-

  • BPS-17 and above: Rs. 2,000/-
