1. Director Medical Education and International Linkages (BPS-20)

No. of Vacancies: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:

  • MBBS with Level-III Postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC

  • Level-IIb Postgraduate qualification in Medical Education recognized by PM&DC

  • 15 years of practical experience, including at least 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable medical institution recognized by PM&DC

2. Database Administrator (BPS-17)

No. of Vacancies: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree (2nd Division or Grade-C) in Computer Science/IT
    OR
    4-year Bachelor's Degree (2nd Division or Grade-B) in Computer Science/IT from a recognized university

  • At least 3 years’ experience in database administration or troubleshooting

3. Webmaster / Assistant Software Engineering (BPS-16)

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (1st Division or Grade-B) in Software Engineering / Computer Science / IT from an HEC-recognized university

  • At least 1 year post-qualification experience in software or network administration/troubleshooting in a reputable public/private sector organization

4. Hardware Technician (BPS-15)

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electronics

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT hardware repairing

5. Technical Assistant (BPS-12)

No. of Vacancies: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:

  • DAE in Electronics from a recognized board
    OR
    ICS (minimum 2nd Division) with 3-month certificate in IT hardware repairing

  • At least 1 year experience in hardware repairing

Important Notes

  • Practical experience will be counted only after the prescribed qualification.

  • Experience in private entities will be accepted only if the entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority.

  • Appointments are on contract basis under UHS Service Statutes 2005.

  • For posts at Sr. No. 2 to 5, written test, technical/typing test, and performance evaluation will be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector medical universities/institutions.

  • Maximum age limit: 55 years (as of the closing date)

  • No TA/DA will be admissible.

  • Selected candidates may be posted at any UHS campus (City Campus Lahore or Jinnah Campus KSK).

  • Applications must be complete and received before the deadline. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

  • Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible to apply.

  • UHS reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts without prior notice.

  • Applicants currently employed in public sector organizations must apply through proper channel.

  2. Carefully fill out the application form with personal, academic, and professional details.

  3. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.

  4. Click "DOWNLOAD AND PRINT" to generate the hard copy of your application.

Phase 2: Manual Submission

  1. Print the filled form.

  2. Attach the following documents:

    • Attested copies of all educational and experience certificates

    • CNIC

    • Domicile

    • Recent passport-sized photographs

    • Original paid bank challan

  3. Submit the application via post or in person at:
    Office of Deputy Registrar (HR), Room #12, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore

Application Fee

  • BPS-12 to BPS-16: Rs. 500/-

  • BPS-17 & above: Rs. 2,000/-
    (Fee to be paid via bank challan at Bank of Punjab using the link available on the UHS website)
