LEADERS REQUIRED FOR STATUTORY POSITIONS

Under the leadership of the newly appointed Vice Chancellor, the University of Gujrat invites passionate and visionary Pakistani nationals (male/female) domiciled in Punjab to join our dynamic new administration. 1. REGISTRAR (BS-20)

  • Mode of Appointment: Contract

  • Tenure: Three (03) years (Non-extendable)

  • Age Limit: 40 to 50 years (with relaxation as per Government rules)

  • Pay, Leave, Perks & Privileges: As admissible to a Government Servant in BS-20

  • Domicile: Punjab

Required Qualifications (any one of the following):

  1. PhD in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university or degree-awarding institute,

    • Experience: 08 years post-qualification teaching/administrative/professional experience in an HEC-recognized public or private university or public sector organization.

  2. MS/MPhil (or 18 years of education) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university or institute,

    • Experience: 10 years post-qualification experience as above.

  3. MA/MSc (or 16 years of education) with at least second division from an HEC-recognized university or institute,

    • Experience: 12 years post-qualification teaching/administrative/professional experience in an HEC-recognized public/private university or public sector organization.


2. CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS (BS-20)

  • Mode of Appointment: Contract

  • Tenure: Three (03) years (Non-extendable)

  • Deadline: Applications must reach the HR Section, Registrar Office, Admin Block, 1st Floor, Room #104, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat by 25-06-2025.

  • Application Form: Downloadable from www.uog.edu.pk. Only the official form uploaded on the university website will be accepted.

  • Documents Required (in duplicate):

    • Filled Job Application Form

    • Attested copies of:

      • Degrees and transcripts/DMCs (verified by HEC/Boards)

      • Verified experience certificates from respective employers

      • CNIC, domicile, NOC (if applicable), and passport-size photographs

    • Note: Incomplete applications or missing copies will result in rejection.


Additional Instructions

  1. Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Public Sector organizations must apply through proper channel and attach verified NOC and experience certificates.

  2. Only documented and verified experience will be considered as per the Employment Verification Proforma (EVP).

  3. Foreign degree holders must submit HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates duly attested.

  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  5. Clearly mention the Post Applied For on the top right corner of the envelope.

  6. The University is not responsible for postal or courier delays.

  7. Incomplete applications will be rejected without notice.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  9. The University reserves the right to not fill any post or withdraw any advertised position without assigning any reason.

  • Amount: Rs. 1200/- (Non-refundable)

  • Payment Method: Deposit in any branch of Bank of Punjab (BOP) using the online-generated challan.

  • Attach the original Department Copy of the paid challan with the application form.
