Available Positions

1. Women Resident Medical Officer

  • No. of Posts: 02

  • Basic Pay Scale: BPS-17

  • Age Limit: 23 to 40 years (Relaxable under rules)

  • Nature of Appointment: Regular

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university

    • Registered with Pakistan Medical Council

2. Nutritionist

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Basic Pay Scale: BPS-17

  • Age Limit: 24 to 35 years (Relaxable under rules)

  • Nature of Appointment: Regular

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • M.Sc. (second division, 16 years) in Nutrition from an HEC-recognized university

    • Two years’ experience in the public health sector or in implementing nutrition-based projects

3. Staff Nurse

  • No. of Posts: 02

  • Basic Pay Scale: BPS-16

  • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years (Relaxable under rules)

  • Nature of Appointment: Regular

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • Four-year diploma or degree in Nursing

    • Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council

  • Deadline: Applications must reach the Human Resource Office, Admin Block, 1st Floor, Room #104, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat, by 03-07-2025.

  • Application Form:
    Downloadable from the UOG website: www.uog.edu.pk.
    Only UOG's prescribed application form will be accepted.

  • Required Documents (Two Sets):

    • UOG Application Form

    • Attested copies of:

      • Degrees & transcripts (both sides)

      • Verified documents from HEC/boards

      • Experience certificates (if applicable)

      • CNIC, Domicile

      • Passport-size photographs

    • NOC (if applicable)

  • Submission Condition: Incomplete sets or fewer than two sets will lead to rejection of the application.

Important Notes

  • Experience Proof: Only documented experience verified by the appointing authority using the UOG EVP (Employment Verification Proforma) will be accepted.

  • Private Sector Experience: Accepted only if the organization is registered with SECP or a regulatory authority.

  • Foreign Degrees: Must include equivalence certificates issued by HEC/IBCC.

  • Result Declaration: Candidates whose results are not officially declared by the closing date are ineligible.

  • PMC/PMDC Registration:

    • A full, permanent medical registration must be produced before the closing date.

    • Provisional or expired certificates will not be accepted.

    • Applications with evidence of applying for registration (before the deadline) may be conditionally accepted.

  • Application Fee:

  • Quota: Will be observed as per government rules (women, minorities, and disabled).

  • General Conditions:

    • No TA/DA will be paid.

    • The University reserves the right to cancel/withhold any appointment without assigning any reason.

    • Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.

    • Late submissions due to courier delay will not be entertained.
