Vacancies – Contingent Paid/Work Charge Staff

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals (male/female) with Punjab domicile for the following contingent paid/work charge positions at the University of Gujrat, Hafiz Hayat Campus:

1. Assistant Coach (Sports)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Minimum Qualification/Experience:

  • BA/B.Sc with a Junior Diploma in Health & Physical Education;

  • OR FA/FSc with a Diploma in Physical Education and five years of relevant sports experience;

  • Distinctions at the National Sports Level will be considered an additional qualification.

• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years

2. Junior Clerk

• No. of Posts: 01

• Minimum Qualification/Experience:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized board;

  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English on a computer;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other compatible office applications.

• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years

3. Office Attendant

• No. of Posts: 10

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Literate (basic reading/writing ability).

• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years

   • Both sides of academic result cards

   • Experience certificates (if any)

   • Domicile

   • CNIC

   • Recent passport-size photograph

4. Important Note:

   • These are non-regular appointments on a contingent/work charge basis.

   • Selected candidates will have no right to claim regular appointment, extension, or legal action regarding continuation or regularization.

   • Incomplete applications will be rejected without notice.

   • Only shortlisted candidates will be informed/interviewed.
