The University of Education, Lahore was established in 2002 out of several leading teacher training institutions all across the Punjab. University of Education comprises of nine Campuses and four functional Divisions situated in Lahore, Attock, Multan, Vehari, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad and Jauharabad. Currently we are in search of Project staff, to be employed In-house University Management System IUMSr. The ideal candidates for the following positions who possess requisite knowledge, experience and have interest and motivation to work may apply.

Software Engineer

  1. Masters or BS four years degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission
  2. 3 years' post qualification experience of web application development using PHP core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and MySQI technologies in a reputable organization. The experience in academic software development (e.g. student information system etc.) will be preferred.
  3. Age: 21-35 years
Web Designer
(on six month contract extendable subject to the completion of the Project with Lump sum Pay Package of Rs. 100,000/- per month)		 1
  1. Master' degree or BS four years in Computer Science or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and
  2. 03 years' post qualification experience as a web designer in designing web pages, forms, themes and slicing using HTML, CSS, 1Query, AJAX and Adobe Photoshop in a reputable organization.
  3. Age 21-35 years
 

How to Apply

  1. Applicants are required to apply online through un'versity job portal web.ue.edu.pk/jobs. The applicants are also required to submit signed hardcopy/printout of same pre-filled online application form to the Office, University of Education, College Road Township Campus, Lahore. Fill online application form carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission.
  2. The applicants are required to print system generated fee challan and deposit job application processing fee as mentioned on challan in any branch of Bank of Punjab.
  3. The applicants are required to attach and submit attested copies of CHIC, domicile, all educational documents/certificates, experience certificates and any other relevant documents along-with deposit receipt / deposited system generated fee challan (worth Rs. SWF 1 on or before the closing date.
  4. Applications submitted without deposited system generated fee challan will not be entertained. Deposited amount is non-refundable/non-transferable.
  5. For any Technical Assistance regarding On-line Application Submission, please call at 042-99262218 during 6ffice hours.
  6. Closing date for submission of online applications is 25.03.2022(within office hours). Printed online application form along-with all attached documents must be submitted on 28.03.2022 in person or via courier. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier) will not be acre ted.

General Information

  1. For the post of Software Engineer preference will be given to those who have experience in the laravel 8.0 framework
  2. Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per rules.
  3. Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/degree awarding Institutions will be considered.
  4. Foreign degree holders must submit their equivalence certificate/(s) issued by the NEC, Pakistan.
  5. Candidates presently working in Government, Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies must send their applications through proper channel only. On-line applications submitted without NOC / Advance copy shall not be entertained.
  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be Invited for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  7. The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency / Post Office / Telephonic message.
  8. University reserves the rights to increase/decrease or totally withdraw the vacancies without assigning any reason.
