1. General Manager – Operations

Role Summary:
Responsible for overall monitoring and operations of the Red Line BRT. Also oversees delivery and project management of the Biogas Plant.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
Specialized training in BRT, Transit Operations, IT, Telecommunication, or Networking is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in senior management of mass transit/public transit operations.
Experience with BRT operations, logistics, performance-based contracts, and team leadership is essential.

2. ITS Specialist – Intelligent Transport Systems

Role Summary:
Oversees ITS contractors and manages systems such as buses, terminals, depots, communications, CCTV, OCC, AFC, and related ITS infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Master’s in IT, Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering, or related discipline.
Additional diplomas in ITS, IoT, or Programming are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in ITS leadership roles.
Knowledge of AFC, ITS integration, fiber optics, OSM processes, and EIA/TIA is preferred.

3. Procurement & Contract Manager

Role Summary:
Leads procurement and contract management for goods and consulting/non-consulting services in compliance with ADB regulations.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Postgraduate qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Procurement certifications such as CIPS, MRICS are highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of procurement experience.
At least 3 years working with ADB/World Bank or other multilateral organizations.
Strong understanding of government procurement rules (e.g., PPRA).

4. NMT Infrastructure Officer (Non-Motorized Transport)

Role Summary:
Designs and manages pedestrian pathways, bike lanes, and public spaces to promote walkability and system integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Transport or Civil Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and implementation of non-motorized transport infrastructure.

5. Assistant Manager – Occupational Safety

Role Summary:
Ensures health and safety compliance during BRT construction and operation, conducts risk assessments, and develops safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of occupational safety experience, with 5 years in the transport or construction sector.
