Reko Diq Mining Company, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation, is recruiting a high-caliber team of individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project - the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.

Available Positions:

Training Supervisor

  • Department: Health & Safety
  • Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or relevant qualifications.
    • Certificate in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
    • Certificate in Motor Vehicle Driver Training.
    • Certificate in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience within a training role, preferably in the mining industry.
    • Experience in the Mining Heavy Engineering industries would be an advantage.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct and assess various training programs, ensuring compliance with RDMC standards.
    • Assist in training development and provide trainee feedback.
    • Report progress, conduct performance observations, and manage training records.
    • Support incident investigations and enhance trainer proficiencies.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, promote professional development, and deliver educational programs.
    • Design training material, conduct audits, evaluate activities, maintain confidentiality, and educate personnel on training standards.

Import and Export Specialist

  • Department: Supply Chain
  • Location: Karachi
  • Qualification:
    • Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in procurement and/or supply chain management, business administration, or related fields.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Knowledge and relations with customs, export shipping regulations, and policies.
    • Familiarity with EPZA regulations.
    • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, ARIBA.
    • Certification in clearing, forwarding, and IATA.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of import/export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, transportation, tracking, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
