GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Application with complete attested copies of documents and slip of deposit fee must reach to office of the Medical Director DHQTH MTI, DlKhan within 15 days after publication of the Advertisement in newspaper. 2. Incomplete, without documents and late received application will not been entertained. 3. Candidate will be submitted bank receipt/ draft deposit amounting to Rs.1000/- in Bank of Khyber Tank Adda branch Account # 02430003 in the name of Hospital Director DHQTH MTI, DlKhan. 4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. 5. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in interview.
