MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

Positions Available:

  • Management Trainee Officers (MTO)

  • Technical Trainee Officers (TTO)

The University of Lahore proudly introduces its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) and Technical Trainee Officer (TTO) programs. These initiatives are designed to groom and retain talented fresh graduates in the fields of Information Technology and Business Management.

Trainees will receive comprehensive training, exposure, and hands-on experience across various functional and administrative domains within IT services and design-related operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MTO Program:

    • Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) in Commerce, Trade, Finance, or Business Studies

    • Minimum CGPA: 3.00

  • TTO Program:

    • Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering

    • Minimum CGPA: 3.00

  • Experience:

    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Contract Duration

  • Initial Contract: 2 Years

Stipend & Compensation

  • Year 1: PKR 60,000/- (all-inclusive)

  • Year 2: PKR 80,000/- (all-inclusive)

ACE TRAINEE OFFICERS (ATO)

The University of Lahore also announces the Ace Technical Officer (ATO) Program, tailored for diploma-level professionals seeking to advance their careers in IT infrastructure support, lab management, and basic technical operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    • Three-year DAE in Electronics, Computer Information Technology, Electrical, or a related field

    • Minimum 60% aggregate marks

  • Experience:

    • Fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply

Contract Duration

  • Initial Contract: 2 Years

Stipend & Compensation

  • Year 1: PKR 37,000/- (all-inclusive)

  • Year 2: PKR 60,000/- (all-inclusive)
