The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading tertiary care hospital, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

HEAD OF LABORATORY

This position will supervise all sections of the Laboratory and play a dynamic role in the overall operations of the Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities which comprise administrative tasks, policy making, staff training and decision-taking activities to ensure the smooth running of all sections of the Laboratory. The candidate should be FCPS Microbiology / Biochemistry / Haematology / Chemical Pathology with 5 years of post Fellowship experience, out of which at least 2 years should be in a managerial capacity.

ANAESTHETIST:

Candidate must be FCPS / MCPS qualified in the relevant discipline, with a minimum of 1 year working experience and can handle paediatric patients too.

RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The candidate will be responsible for preparing an annual fundraising plan for the Hospital. Researching and approaching Trusts, Government Agencies, Corporates that could potentially make donations and grants to the Organisation. Develop, implement and manage the Hospital's social media strategy, exploring various funding opportunities online to generate funds for the Institution. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkedln and Instagram. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to write letters, thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. 5 or more years of relevant experience along with an MBA.
