The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading tertiary care Hospital, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

RESIDENT UROLOGY (NEW REVISED SALARY)

Applicants must have passed FCPS-I (Surgery & Allied) and fulfilled the requirements of General Surgery (2 years) as specified by the CPSP.

MEDICAL OFFICER — ICU/ER

Applicants should have experience in ICU/ER, preferably in a renal hospital. Skills in Intubating Patients, Central Line Insertion, IJ Catheterization, CVP Line are essential. Applicants who have completed FCPS/MCPS Training in a relevant field will be preferred. Candidates who are looking for a Locum contract can also apply. MEDICAL

OFFICER — PAEDS

Applicants must have 1-year experience in Paediatric Medicine or have completed FCPS/MCPS training. More experience in Paediatric Medicine will be preferred. Candidates doing FCPS/MCPS Training in Paediatric medicine can also apply. Those who are looking for only Sunday's duty are also eligible to apply.

HEAD NURSE

Candidates must have BScN, 6-8 years of working experience in executing quality patient care, developing and managing unit resources, mentoring the nursing workforce. Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), BLS, Safe Medication
Administration, Aseptic Techniques, IV Cannulation, etc. will be an additional advantage.

STAFF NURSE

Applicants must have passed BScN with a valid PNC Registration (Mandatory). Experience in a Renal Hospital will be preferred. He/She should be able to work in a rotational shift.

BIO-MEDICAL OFFICER

Applicant should possess the qualification of BS or DAE in Bio-medical or Electronics & Instrumentation with 1-2 years of relevant experience. He should be able to work in rotational shifts.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in HR with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the area of Recruitment. The selected candidate will be responsible to look into the complete recruitment process, shortlisting the candidates by screening the resumes, conducting initial and exit interviews, preparing all kinds of letters, maintaining employee files and records. The candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills along with good command over MS Office. Females are encouraged to apply.

CLINICAL DIETITIAN

The candidate must have a BS degree (preferably MSc.) in Food & Nutrition with 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience.

TRAINING PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES

The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute is also offering the following Certificate Training Programs, along with the monthly stipend for each program under the affiliation of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi.

1. Dialysis Technician Training Program Course Duration: 11/2 years, Age: 18 - 23 years, Minimum Qualification: Matric Science with 55% aggregate marks.
2. Aide Nurse Training Program Course Duration: 1 year, Age: 18 - 22 years, Minimum Qualification: Matric Science with 55% aggregate marks (Preferred Intermediate).
3. Laboratory Technician Training Program Course Duration: 1 year, Age: 18 - 22 years, Minimum Qualification: Intermediate Pre-Medical with at least 60% aggregate marks.
4. Bio-Medical Hands-On Training Program Duration: 1 Year, Age: 20- 26 years. Minimum Qualification: BE, BS or DAE in Bio-medical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Electrical.
