The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute is looking for candidates for the following positions:

DEPUTY MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES

Candidate with MBA in HR or Industrial Psychology having proven 7+ years of experience as an HR generalist, out of which 3 years were in a Supervisory role. He/She will be responsible for managing Recruitment, T&D, able to deal with HR corporate affairs, ensure legal compliance, Job Appraisal, Payroll, and able to conduct inquiries. He/She must have an in-depth knowledge of Labor Laws, expertise in MS Office, & proficiency in English. Knowledge to deal with EOBI, SESSI, Health & Life Insurance cases. Professional HR certification would be a plus.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Candidate must have an MBA degree (Supply Chain) with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Hospital procurement. He/She will be responsible to regularly monitor purchase requisitions and orders within the stipulated time and ensure timely delivery of ordered goods. He/She will obtain quotations from suppliers & evaluate them, preparing recommendations for approval based on price, quality, delivery, and service. Familiarity with all general & medical items generally used in the Hospital environment required.

RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Candidate will be responsible for preparing an annual fundraising plan for the Hospital. Researching and approaching Trusts, Government Agencies, and Corporates that could potentially make donations and grants to the organization. Develop, implement, and manage Hospital's social media strategy, exploring various funding opportunities online to generate funds for the institution. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkedln, & lnstag ram. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, should be able to write letters, must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. 5+ years of relevant experience with an MBA Degree preferably in Marketing.

FIRE SAFETY OFFICER

Candidate must have thorough knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations, implement preventative measures, maintain buildings safety standards, create and implement safety policies, evacuation plan, fire drill training, and other safety procedures. Candidate must be Graduate and having relevant Certifications / Trainings, excellent presentation skills, and good in MS Office.

MEDICAL OFFICER - INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

Applicant having ICU experience with essential skills of Intubating Patients/Central Line Insertion. Completion of FCPS MCPS Training (Anesthesia) will be preferred.

STAFF NURSE

Applicant should have passed BScN, PNC Registration is mandatory. Post BScN, 1 year of experience is required.

OT TECHNICIAN/ TECHNOLOGIST

Applicant must have a Faculty Diploma or BS Degree from a recognized institute with 2-6 years of experience.

ICU TECHNICIAN

Candidate must have a Faculty Diploma in ICU Technician from a recognized institute with 1-2 years of working experience. He/She should be able to work in a rotational shift and deal with Mechanical Ventilators and other life-supporting equipment i.e. Bipap, CPAP, and have an understanding of electrocardiogram.

CSSD TECHNICIAN

Applicant should have minimum qualification of Matric or Intermediate Science with 1-year Faculty Diploma & experience in relevant field.

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (LAB)

Applicant must have a BS Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institute with 2-3 years of experience.

BIO-MEDICAL OFFICER

Candidate should have passed BS or DAE in Biomedical or Electronics & Instrumentation with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
