Position 1: Head – Consumer Banking Division

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    • Minimum: Graduation

    • Preferred: Master’s degree from HEC-recognized institution or foreign equivalent (HEC equivalency certificate required)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years in Consumer/Retail Banking

    • Proven track record in product development within Islamic Banking preferred

    • Strong competency in Shariah-compliant banking is highly desired

  • Age Limit:

    • As per the Bank’s HR rules

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to meet consumer finance targets

  • Align strategies with Shariah governance and compliance

  • Lead and mentor product, sales, and credit analysis teams

  • Ensure pricing models are aligned with profit-rate and Shariah governance

  • Spearhead automation and digitization in Islamic consumer finance processes

  • Define and implement credit approval processes across various segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance)

  • Ensure timely processing and reporting of proposals

  • Recommend improvements to credit approval processes and reduce turnaround time

  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management

Grade:

  • Up to SVP (Senior Vice President)

Location & Remuneration:

  • Location: Head Office, Peshawar

  • Reports to: Retail Banking Group

  • Compensation: Market-based remuneration package

Position 2: Regional Head – Retail Banking

(For Central, Southern & Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara Regions)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    • Minimum: Graduation

    • Preferred: Master’s degree from HEC-recognized institution or foreign equivalent (HEC equivalency certificate required)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years in Commercial Banking

    • At least 5 years as an Area Manager or in a similar supervisory role

    • Preference for experience in Islamic Banking

  • Age Limit:

    • As per the Bank’s HR rules

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Area and Branch Managers

  • Set and manage liability and consumer asset targets

  • Assign KPIs and monitor branch network performance

  • Formulate region-specific strategies

  • Achieve CASA deposit and consumer lending goals

  • Ensure full compliance with operational risk policies

  • Continuously enhance customer service and branch operations

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Location & Remuneration:

  • Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara Region: Based in Islamabad

  • Central Region: Based in Lahore

  • Southern Region: Based in Karachi

  • Reports to: Retail Banking Group

  • Compensation: Market-based remuneration package
