Post Qualification and Experience
Head Training & Development Division Minimum Education required is Bachelor's Degree preferably in relevant filed from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master's Degree. 8 years of overall banking experience or 8 years of HR Experience in a reputable organization including 3 years managerial level experience in Training & Development.
