Recruitment for the Project:

“Settlement of Land Records in Districts Lower Swat, Upper Swat, and Tehsil Kalam-Swat”

Applications are invited from suitable candidates holding domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) for appointment against project-based positions under the project titled “Settlement of Land Records in Districts Lower Swat, Upper Swat, and Tehsil Kalam-Swat.” The appointments will be made purely on a fixed-pay, contractual basis and will remain valid for the duration of the project.

Qualification & Experience

1. Tehsildar

Eligibility

• Retired Government Revenue Official.
• Preference will be given to retired Tehsildars.
• Relevant experience in land settlement and revenue administration is required.

2. Girdawar

Eligibility

• Retired Government Revenue Official.
• Preference will be given to retired Girdawars.
• Relevant experience in land settlement operations is required.

3. Accountant

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess at least a Second Division Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines from an HEC-recognized university:

• Finance
• Accounts
• Business Administration
• ACCA
• CA (Inter)
• Any other related field

Experience

• Minimum three (03) years of experience in Accounts Management.

Age Limit

• Maximum 40 years.

Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test.
2. Detailed scrutiny of documents and eligibility will be conducted by the appointing authority.
3. Candidates found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified.
4. Applicants must create an online profile on the ETEA portal before applying.
5. CNIC verification through NADRA e-Sahulat centers is mandatory before submission of the application.
6. Candidates must secure at least 40% marks in the screening test to qualify for further consideration.
7. Appointments will be made on a contractual basis up to June 2027 and may be extended annually based on satisfactory performance.
8. These positions are project-based and will automatically terminate upon project completion.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
10. Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements by the closing date.
11. Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
12. Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.
13. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications and fees for each post.
14. No age relaxation will be granted.
15. Original documents along with attested copies must be produced at the time of interview.
16. Holders of foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
17. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all vacancies.
18. Preference may be given to candidates belonging to the project area.
19. Recruitment will be conducted in accordance with the Project Implementation Policy (PIP) 2027.
20. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

Step 5

Keep the original stamped deposit slip safely for future reference.
