Federal Government of Pakistan Recruitment Notice

Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani Nationals possessing the requisite qualifications, experience, domicile, and quota eligibility for the following permanent federal government posts.

1. Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (BS-15)

  • Total Vacancies: 60

  • Educational Qualification: 4-year Bachelor's Degree (BS) with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Geoinformatics, Geomatics, or RS & GIS.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (includes general 5-year relaxation).

?? Preferred Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates who hold a 1-year Certificate Course in Land Surveying from the Survey Training Institute (STI), Islamabad.

Mandatory Training & Placement

Selected candidates for all the above posts will undergo mandatory training in Survey Disciplines. Upon successful completion, they will be allocated specific trades based on their academic background, training performance, and departmental operational requirements. All posts are on an All-Pakistan basis, meaning selected individuals can be posted anywhere in the country.

Essential Instructions for Applicants

  • Government Employees: Candidates serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations (including current SoP employees) must apply through the proper channel and possess a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  • Testing Centers: Screening (written) tests will be held in Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta, and Karachi. Candidates must select their preferred city in the application.

  • Interview Requirements: Shortlisted candidates must bring original and attested photocopies of educational/experience certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and 2 passport-size photographs. Non-Muslim and Disabled candidates must bring a verified declaration on oath/disability certificate.

  • Expenses: No TA/DA will be provided for written tests or interviews.
