Career Opportunity

The Bank of Khyber (BoK) is looking to hire a highly competent and goal-driven professional for the position of:

Position Title:

Team Leader(s) – Corporate & Investment Banking Group

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Education:

    • Graduation (Bachelor’s degree) is required.

    • Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

    • In the case of a foreign qualification, an HEC equivalency certificate is mandatory.

  • Experience:

    • At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Credits within a commercial bank.

    • Preference will be given to individuals with Islamic Banking experience.

  • Age Limit:

    • As per the Bank's HR rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) by assigning individual targets aligned with the Bank's asset growth strategy.

  • Review and contribute to the preparation of credit proposals; ensure coordination with relevant departments for credit approvals.

  • Conduct site visits to both existing and potential clients’ businesses or project locations.

  • Monitor target achievements and direct the marketing efforts towards enhancing the asset portfolio.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients in the South region, ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored service delivery.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Location:

  • Multan

  • Sialkot

This role reports directly to the Area Manager – Corporate Banking.

Compensation:

  • A market-based salary package will be offered to the selected candidate, based on experience and qualification.
