1. INTRODUCTION

Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment against vacant posts. The recruitment is being conducted under the instructions received regarding recruitment in Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) 2015 ESTA Code (Edition 5) and approximately 1,000+ vacancies. The recruitment will be carried out on a provincial quota basis.

3. PROVINCIAL QUOTA DISTRIBUTION

Recruitment will be conducted based on the following provincial quotas:

4. PHYSICAL STANDARDS

(A) For Religious Teacher & Cook (Male)

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches

• Chest: Minimum 33 inches with 1.5 inches expansion

• Weight: As per medical standards

• Age: 18 to 20 years (as of 20 October 2026)

• Relaxation: 5 years age relaxation as per Government policy

• Preference: Taller candidates will be preferred in final selection

(B) For Lady Rangers (Soldier General Duty)

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches

• Weight: As per medical standards

• Age: 18 to 20 years (as of 20 October 2026)

• Relaxation: 5 years age relaxation as per Government policy

• Preference: Taller candidates will be preferred in final selection

(C) For Sweeper & Other Miscellaneous Staff (Male)

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches

• Weight: As per medical standards

• Age: 18 to 20 years (as of 20 October 2026)

• Relaxation: 5 years age relaxation as per Government policy

• Preference: Taller candidates will be preferred in final selection

6. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – DISQUALIFICATIONS

Candidates with the following characteristics will NOT be eligible for recruitment:

1. Dismissed from Pakistan Rangers or any Government institution on disciplinary grounds.

2. Convicted by any court of law.

3. Declared unfit by Pakistan Rangers or any institution on medical grounds.

4. Dismissed from Armed Forces or Civil Armed Forces on charges of misconduct, indiscipline, or voluntary resignation during training/service.

5. Absent without leave (AWOL) or desertion from Armed Forces or Civil Armed Forces.

6. Suffering from any physical or mental illness.

7. SELECTION PROCEDURE

• Serum Creatinine

• Blood ESR

• Blood CP

• LDH

• Blood Serum HB Electrophoresis

• Urine Test

• ECG

• Blood Group & Cross Matching

• Chest X-Ray

• Complete Stool Examination

• Hepatitis B & C Screening

Candidates who successfully pass the final medical examination will be issued call letters for training.

11. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Candidates must provide the following documents at the time of initial registration:

1. Educational Certificates:

   • All original educational certificates (Matric, Intermediate, etc.)

   • If education is from a foreign board, equivalence certificate from HEC

   • School Leaving Certificate verified by the concerned District Education Officer

2. CNIC:

   • Original NADRA-issued CNIC

   • 2 copies of CNIC

3. Domicile:

   • Original Domicile Certificate

   • 2 copies of Domicile

4. Photographs:

   • 2 attested passport-size photographs

5. NOC (For Government Employees):

   • Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government institutions must provide an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Head of Department at the time of initial registration.

13. SALARY & ALLOWANCES

14. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Final selection authority rests with the Director General, Pakistan Rangers (Punjab).

2. All documents will be considered provisional until verified and approved by the competent authority.

3. If any document is found to be fake, the candidate will be dismissed from service and legal action will be taken.

4. Any recommendation or interference during recruitment will not be accepted.

5. Widows and divorced women will be given age relaxation as per Government policy.

6. Using unfair means or cheating during the screening test will result in immediate disqualification.
