Advertisement for Temporary Teaching Staff Recruitment

Government Islamia Graduate College, Civil Lines, Lahore

The college requires temporary teaching staff for the following vacant positions for the academic year 2025 for the first and second shifts. Interested candidates are requested to appear for a Walk-in-Interview along with their application, original documents, attested copies of educational certificates, and three recent passport-size photographs on March 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the undersigned office.

Position Title: Visiting Faculty (Male)

Subjects Required:

  • Computer Science
  • B.Com
  • BBA

Educational Qualification for Teachers:

  • A Master’s degree (minimum Second Division) in the relevant subject OR a four-year BS degree.

Job Responsibilities:

Teachers will be responsible for academic and professional duties, including:

  • Conducting class tests and examinations
  • Paper checking
  • Result compilation
  • Maintaining discipline
  • Other miscellaneous tasks

No additional payment will be provided for these responsibilities.

The recruitment will be purely temporary. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel or postpone any position or interview without providing any reason. Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • A minimum of two years of continuous teaching experience at the intermediate level in any institution.
  • Additional qualifications such as M.Phil. or Ph.D.
