The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL), established in 1924 and scheduled since 1955, operates a network of 151 branches across Punjab, with its Head Office in Lahore. The bank seeks dynamic and high-achieving individuals for the following positions:
Senior Vice President (SVP) / Zonal Heads (04 Positions)
Zones: Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Multan, Gujranwala
MBA, MA (Economics), M.Com, MPA, or any relevant Master’s degree.
Minimum 10 years post-qualification banking/financial institution experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar field/position.
40 to 65 years.
Manage branch operations efficiently, covering lending, product sales, customer services, risk management, and security in compliance with bank policies and cooperative societies' laws.
Lead deposit mobilization, loan business growth, and enhance customer relations and service culture.
Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and delegation of daily operations to branch managers and staff.
Monitor and control the affairs of branches within the Zone according to Head Office guidelines.
Implement bank policies, plans, and directives effectively.
Exercise administrative, financial, and operational powers as per delegation policies.
Monitor financial performance (business KPIs, income/expenditure) and take corrective measures when needed.
Plan and achieve business targets such as credit and deposit goals across branches.
Conduct branch inspections and surprise visits, ensuring compliance and addressing audit irregularities.
Recommend improvements in operational and business practices.
Supervise loan recovery processes, emphasizing reduction of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
Perform assignments as assigned by the Head Office.
Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
