NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) invites applications from qualified, skilled, and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Details

Supervisor (Human Resource Department)

  • Number of Positions: 01

  • Maximum Age: 35 years (5 years age relaxation already included)

  • Location: Islamabad

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation from an HEC-recognized university

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a Human Resource Department

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Human Resource Operations

  • Preparing HR-related reports and maintaining accurate records, including:

    • Personal files

    • Recruitment documents

    • Official HR records and files

Communication & Documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with HR standards

HR Administration & Coordination

  • Assisting in and overseeing postings and transfers

  • Supporting HR statistics and recruitment processes

  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures

Terms & Conditions

  1. The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for three (03) years, extendable if required

  2. A six (06) month probation period will apply

  3. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason

  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

  5. Any candidate providing false or misleading information will be disqualified

  6. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates

  7. Candidates currently serving in Government / Semi-Government organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible

  9. HEC-attested degrees must be presented at the time of interview

  10. Females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply

  11. Electronic devices (mobile phones, smart watches, etc.) will not be allowed during test/interview
