Irrigation Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa – Situation Vacant

The Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from eligible candidates holding domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for appointment against the following vacant positions in accordance with prescribed qualifications and requirements.

Terms & Conditions

All candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided in the application.

Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority at any stage. If a candidate is found ineligible in any respect, they will be disqualified.

Applicants must create a profile on ETEA’s website. Before applying, candidates must print an E-Sahulat Token from the website and have their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Without verification, candidates cannot apply.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Screening will be based on an ETEA-conducted test.

Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria by the closing date of applications.

Late or incomplete applications or those containing false information/documents will be rejected.

Age relaxation will be granted as per government rules.

Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.

Separate applications and fees are required for multiple posts.

The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies with valid reasons.

No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.

Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates.

Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to correction.

Visit www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.

Upon successful submission, a deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate details) will be generated.

Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa, UBL Bank branches, UBL OMNI agents, or Easypaisa agents.

Keep the original bank deposit slip with you; do not share it with anyone.

Do not send documents to ETEA initially; only shortlisted candidates after the screening test will be asked to provide them.

Online application form availability: 15th August 2025

Application submission deadline: 31st August 2025

ETEA will inform candidates via SMS to download and print Roll No. Slips from its website. Avoid using ported/converted mobile numbers.

Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

No separate call letters will be issued via post/courier.
