Situation Vacant

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile of Hyderabad Division for appointment against the following vacant posts in various Government Colleges falling under the jurisdiction of the Regional Directorate of Colleges, Hyderabad Region.

Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Details of Posts

1. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: As notified

  • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Graduation from a recognized university

    • English shorthand speed: 120 words per minute

    • Typing speed: 35 words per minute

    • Certificate in MS Office from an institute recognized by SBTE / STEVTA

  • Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

2. Computer Operator (BPS-12)

  • Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Second Division or equivalent)

    • Degree must be from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC)

  • Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

3. Library Assistant (BPS-10)

  • Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science (BS Library Science)
      OR

    • AD-LIS (Associate Degree in Library & Information Science)

    • Certificate in MS Office

    • Qualification must be from a recognized government institution

  • Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

4. Electrician (BPS-04)

  • Qualification:

    • Matriculation from a recognized board

    • Certificate in Wireman/Electrician trade

  • Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

General Conditions

  1. Candidates must have passed the IBA Sukkur Testing Service (STS) test with minimum 10 marks.

  2. Applications must be submitted through STS before the prescribed closing date.

  3. Recruitment will be conducted in accordance with:

    • Government of Sindh policies

    • Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973

    • Relevant amended rules and recruitment policies

  4. General age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Sindh rules, including:

    • Sindh Civil Servants (Upper Age Limit Relaxation) Rules, 2004

    • Notifications issued on 16 October 2004

  5. Government employees must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

  7. Final selection will be made by the Departmental Selection Committee.

  8. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview as per the uploaded schedule.
