VACANT POSITIONS

Applications are invited through ETEA from permanent residents of District Upper Chitral who are eligible and suitable for the following vacant posts in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Upper Chitral, in accordance with the prescribed criteria.

Details of Vacant Posts

1. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

  • Domicile: District Upper Chitral

  • Minimum Qualification:

    • At least Second Division Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board

    • Shorthand speed: 50 words per minute (English)

    • Typing speed: 35 words per minute

    • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 03

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

  • Domicile: District Upper Chitral

  • Minimum Qualification:

    • FA / F.Sc (Second Division) or equivalent from a recognized Board

    • Typing speed: 30 words per minute

3. Patwari (BPS-09)

  • Number of Posts: 03

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

  • Domicile: District Upper Chitral

  • Minimum Qualification:

    • Intermediate or equivalent qualification

    • Must have passed the Patwar Examination

Terms & Conditions

  1. All appointments will be made strictly on merit through ETEA screening tests.

  2. Shortlisting will be based on merit and relevant experience (where applicable).

  3. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, their candidature will be cancelled.

  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

  5. Candidates must present original documents at the time of interview.

  6. Appointments will be made under the prevailing rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

  7. Information regarding tests/interviews will be communicated via SMS and official announcements only.

Procedure for Applying

  1. Visit the ETEA website and submit the online application.

  2. Before submitting the form, print the E-Sahulat token and verify your CNIC at any E-Sahulat / NADRA center. (Already verified candidates are exempted.)

  3. After CNIC verification, print the deposit slip and submit the fee through EasyPaisa / UBL Bank or via mobile application.

  4. Candidates must bring the roll number slip to appear in the test; without it, entry will not be allowed.

  5. Successful candidates may be required to provide documents for verification at any stage.
