STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN (SBP)

STATISTICAL OFFICERS TRAINING SCHEME (SOTS) – 9TH BATCH

The State Bank of Pakistan, the central bank of the country, invites applications from young, talented, and energetic candidates for the position of Statistical Officer (OG-2) under the Statistical Officers Training Scheme (SOTS) – 9th Batch. This program offers a rewarding and challenging career in the Statistics and Data Services Department.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with 16 years of education.

  • Minimum 60% marks where percentages apply, or GPA 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0 where GPA system is used.

  • Relevant disciplines: Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or Data Sciences.

  • Degrees must be from HEC-recognized Pakistani or foreign institutions.

  • Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificate.

Age Limit

  • Maximum 26 years as of December 07, 2025.

  • Age relaxation of 3 years for:

    • Female candidates

    • Transgender persons

    • Candidates from minorities

    • Candidates from Baluchistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and areas previously part of FATA
