Conditions for Applicants

  1. Required Documents: The candidate should submit the following documents:

    • Application addressed to CO CMH (mentioning applied post, address and contact numbers)

    • 3× attested photocopies of Domicile

    • 3× attested photocopies of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

    • 3× attested passport size photographs

    • 3× attested photocopies of the education certificates

    • Experience Certificates

    • Discharge book (for retired Armed Forces personnel only)

  3. Deadline: Applications can be submitted to this office until 10 Nov 2026. Applications received after the due date will not be processed.

  4. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, for which no TA/DA will be given. Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.

  5. Selection Board: The decision of the Selection Board will be final and cannot be challenged anywhere.

  6. Age Limit: Age limit for applications is up to 55 years.
