About the Organization:
PKLI&RC, Rawalpindi, is a state-of-the-art transplant hospital established under the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Act 2019. The institute is governed by an independent Board of Governors and provides advanced healthcare services in kidney and liver transplantation.

Available Positions – Nursing Staff

Position Number of Vacancies Qualification & Licensure Experience
Staff Nurse (IPD, ICU, OR) 100 - Diploma in General Nursing
- Diploma in Midwifery or 1-year specialization in any nursing field
OR
- BSN (Generic)
- Post RN		 Fresh candidates acceptable. Clinical experience in IPD/OPD, Endoscopy, ICU, Kidney/Liver Transplant, OR, Emergency, Dialysis, Urology/IR is preferred.
RN (PACU) 12 Same as above Same as above
RN (Surgery) 12 Same as above Same as above

Licensure Requirement:

  • Valid PVC registration is mandatory.

Age Limit:

  • 18 to 50 years

Terms & Conditions

  1. Salary & Benefits: Market-competitive salary will be offered.
  2. Application Process:

    • Upload all relevant documents including CV, educational degrees/transcripts, experience certificates, valid licenses, and NOC (if applicable).
  3. Experience Calculation: Experience and age will be calculated as of the date of the advertisement. Only experience certificates clearly stating exact employment dates will be considered.
  4. Government Employees: Current employees must submit a fresh NOC issued by their department. Only post-specific NOCs with current dates will be accepted.
  5. Re-applications: Candidates who previously applied under earlier PKLI&RC advertisements must reapply according to current criteria.
  6. Shortlisting & Interviews:
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
    • Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents with one set of photocopies to the interview.
    • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  7. Application Completeness: Incomplete or improperly filled applications will not be considered.
  8. Institute Rights: PKLI&RC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel posts without assigning any reason.
  9. Validity: This advertisement is valid for 3 months (until July 9, 2026).
  10. Interview Schedule:
    • Interviews may start April 27, 2026, and will be conducted every two weeks for applications received during this period.
    • Interview dates and times will be communicated to shortlisted candidates only.
