Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Khylaer Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts to fill the following vacant project positions under ADP funded project on contract basis initially for a period of one year which will be extended on the basis of satisfactory performance of the appointees till the project life.

Procurement

(BS-18)
01 • Master degree in Business Administration (Finance)/Economics/Supply chain management/procurement.
• Overall (07) years of experience of procurement preferably in public sector projects with focus on the procurement guidelines of the foreign funded project.
• Age limit up to 50 years
3 Manager Enterprise
Development
(BS-18)
01 • Master degree in Business Administration/Economics/Social Sciences/Natural Sciences.
• At least overall seven (07) years of experience in development sector
• Age limit up to 50 years
4 Manager SME
(BS-18)
01 • Master's Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Social Sciences having 07 years' experience in public/private sector preferably dealing with SME.
• Solid understanding of issues in the field of SMEs and needs of the people in context of post crises environment.
• Age limit up to SO years
5 Manager M&E
(BS-18)
01 • Master's Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Project Management/Social Sciences.
• At least 07 year of progressive experience in Monitoring/Planning & Evaluation.
• Age limit up to 50 years
6 Internal Auditor
(BS-18)
01 • Professional Accountant (CA/ACCA/ACMA/ACIS) or Master's Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting.
• Minimum 07 years' experience in Accounts/Audit and financial management.
• Experience of public sector and donor funded projects is highly desirable
• Age limit up to 50 years
7 Communication Officer (BS-17) 01 • Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Communication or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in communication at national level or with International Organizations / Donors projects.
• Skills required: Excellent written and verbal communication, graphic designing, and power point presentations.
• Age lirnit up to 45 years
8 IT Officer (BS-17) 01 • 16 years of educational Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable University.
• At least two (2) years of post-qualification experience in MIS implementation.
• Age limit up to 45 years
9 Legal Officer (BS-17) 01 • At least 2 nd Class LLB from Recognise University or its equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience in relevant field preferably knowledge of business law
• Skills required: good understanding of the law and Experience with drafting and editing.
• Age limit up to 45 years.
10 Field Coordinators
(BS-17)
04 • Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration/Economics/Social Sciences/Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in the grant's management, project management and SME development in a relevant project.
• Strong understanding of issues relating to economic development and SMEs including the ability present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Age limit up to 45 years.
11 Account Assistant
(BS-16)
01 • At least Second -Class Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Finance)/Accounting/Commerce.
• At least 1 year's practical experience in the field of Accounting/Finance
• Age limit up to 45 years
12 Office Assistant
(BS-16)
01 • Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
• At least 1 years' experience in office Managements
• Age limit up to 45 years
13 Drivers (BS-05) 02 • Literate preferably Matric having valid Driving license and experience of one year of Driving.
• Age limit up to 40 years
14 Office Boy (BS-04) 04 • Literate preferably Matric having experience of one year in office work.
• Age limit up to 40 years
 

TERMS & CONEWilONS.

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in, the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
  2. Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only
  3. Short listing will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEAAS well as" selection criteria" duly notified in project policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  4. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
  5. Relaxation of age will NOT be admissible.
  6. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
  7. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee for ETEA test.
  8. Number of vacancies can be increased/decreased:

  10. No TA/DA will be ad missible‘fortest/Interview.
  11. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
  12. Recruitment process shall be governed by the latest provisions of the project policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  13. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are su bject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Interested candidates who intend to apply for the posts on (S. No 1 to 12) may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply forthe posts online.

  3. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
  4. Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip & deposit Rs. 500/- (for PS-16 below) and Rs. 700/- (far BPS-17 &above) as test fee (non-refundable) in any branch of UBL Bank or at UBL OMNI agent on that prescribed printed depositslip of U BL.
  5. After .successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  6. After applying online, DO NOT send documents/testimoni to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the appointing a uthority for scrutiny purposes.

  9. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
  10. Candidates are directed not togive ported/converted mobile number.
  11. Test Date, Time &Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
  12. No separate Call Letter Will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
  13. Candidates who intend to apply for the posts at (S. No 13 and 14) are hereby directed to send applications along with documents/credentials through Post directly t (Director Project, House NO. 46 D-3 Old Jamrud Road, University 'Town, Peshawar.)

NOTE/IMPORTANT
