Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC), operated by Barrick in joint venture with the Government of Balochistan and the Government of Pakistan, is developing one of the world’s most significant copper-gold projects — the Reko Diq Mine in Balochistan.
We are seeking high-caliber professionals to join our growing team and contribute to this world-class project.
Department: Mine Technical Services
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years in an administrative role, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote site environment.
Familiarity with HSE procedures and mining operations.
Comfortable with a roster-based schedule (28/14).
Basic knowledge of petty cash handling and expense tracking.
Manage overall site administration and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate travel, staff onboarding, office supplies, and PPE inventory.
Prepare manpower reports, monthly administrative data, and operational updates.
Ensure full compliance with HSE policies.
Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with internal departments, local authorities, and external partners.
Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and monitor logistics (fuel, water, etc.) to ensure smooth site operations.
Department: Travel and Facilities
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification or training in Accommodation Management or similar disciplines is an advantage.
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in accommodation management, preferably in remote mining or construction sites.
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in accommodation management software and MS Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of HSE standards.
Ability to work in remote environments and manage diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Oversee day-to-day operations of accommodation facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and comfort.
Manage accommodation teams including housekeeping, catering, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate room bookings and occupancy management.
Monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular facility inspections and resolve issues promptly.
Act as the primary contact for accommodation-related matters.
Support facility upgrades and expansion planning.
Department: Legal
Location: Karachi (with some travel to Dubai)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
Valid license to practice law in Pakistan (Pakistan Bar Council).
Minimum 5–9 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial, corporate, or litigation law.
Experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, or large industrial sectors is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Pakistani laws, regulations, and court procedures.
Proven skills in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Fluent in English and Urdu (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience in litigation and dispute resolution preferred.
Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Provide legal advice and support on operational, regulatory, and contractual matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and international arbitration cases.
Ensure compliance with Pakistani and international laws, licenses, and regulations.
Support company secretarial functions, including maintaining statutory records.
Liaise with government bodies, regulators, and external counsel.
Prepare legal reports, opinions, and support corporate governance and compliance training.
