Applications are invited for appointment on contract basis of suitable candidates for the posts created by BOM / Syndicate, FJMU/SGRH Lahore having required qualification & experience for posts mentioned hereunder as per eligibility criteria.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The above positions are offered on Contract basis (initially for a period of three years) under the Contract Appointment Policy Amended 2016 & existing Service Rules of the Government of the Punjab.
2. General age relaxation in upper age limit for Male candidate — 5 years, for Female candidates — 8 years & special / disabled persons — 15 years and age relaxation of candidates working in Public Sector organization will be as per current government policy.
3. The provincial quotas shall be applicable for the above mentioned post at 15% for Women, 5% for Minority and 3% for Disabled Persons.
4. She-Males / Transgenders are encouraged to apply.
5. Candidates having domicile of Punjab shall only be eligible to apply.
6. These vacancies are post specific and non-transferable.
7. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for test/interview.
8. No. of vacancies can be increased / decreased at any time without any notice.
9. Department has the right to accept / reject or cancel an application or whole recruitment process at any time without any notice.
10. Candidates already working in Government / Semi- Government / Autonomous Bodies may apply through proper channel.
11. Applicant should submit complete applications along with attested copies of all educational documents / diplomas, copies of domicile, valid CNIC, Experience Certificates (if any), 02 latest passport size photographs without 02 envelopes duly stamped Rs.100/- each.
12. In case of '0' Level & 'A' Level equivalent certificate is compulsory.
13. Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview.
14. Incomplete applications and applications received after closing date will not be entertained in any case.
15. Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfil all the requirements of the rules relating to the post.
16. Only shortlisted candidates should call for interview/test.
