Benazir Institute of Urology & Transplantation (BIUT) and Sindh Institute of Urology & Transplantation (SIUT), located in Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), is a 300-bed tertiary healthcare hospital. The institute is dedicated to providing free-of-cost medical care to patients suffering from renal and related diseases.

Faculty & Consultant Positions

1. Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Consultant / Specialist

Departments:

  • Clinical Pathology

  • Microbiology

  • Histopathology

  • Haematology
    Qualifications:

  • MBBS/FCPS/MCPS/DCP in the relevant discipline

  • Faculty positions must meet PMDC requirements for qualification, experience, and publications

  • Consultant/Specialist roles require 02 years of relevant experience

2. Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor

Departments:

  • Urology

  • Nephrology

  • Anaesthesiology

  • Pulmonology

  • Pediatric Urology

  • Pediatric Nephrology

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
    Qualifications:

  • As per PMDC requirements

3. Consultant / Specialist - Radiology

Qualifications:

  • FCPS/MCPS/DMRD in Radiology with relevant experience

4. Consultant / Specialist - Pulmonology

Qualifications:

  • MCPS in Pulmonology with relevant experience

5. Cardiologist

Qualifications:

  • MCPS or Dip-Card with 01-02 years post-MCPS experience

Medical & Support Staff Positions

6. Resident Medical Officer (Shift Duties)

Departments:

  • Urology

  • Anaesthesia

  • Nephrology

  • ICU

  • Emergency
    Qualifications:

  • MBBS with one-year house job completed

7. Assistant Manager - Procurement

Qualifications:

  • Pharm-D/MBA in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute

  • 05-07 years of experience in the Purchase/Procurement department of a hospital

8. Pharmacist

Qualifications:

  • Pharm-D with 02 years post-qualification experience in a tertiary care hospital

  • Knowledge of medicine dispensing and inventory management is essential

9. Trainee Pharmacist

Qualifications:

  • Pharm-D (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

  • Interest in hospital pharmacy

10. Physiotherapist

Qualifications:

  • DPT with 02 years post-qualification experience in a tertiary care hospital

11. Clinical Dietitian

Qualifications:

  • BS in Human Nutrition/Dietetics/Home Economics from a recognized institute

  • 01-02 years of experience as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in a hospital setup

12. Service Technician / Technician - Biomedical

Qualifications:

  • B-Tech in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering

  • 03 years of experience in repair/maintenance of medical equipment

13. Nursing Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Matriculation (Science)

  • One-year diploma/certificate of Nurse Aide from an institute recognized by Sindh Medical Faculty
