Job Opportunities at BIUT & SIUT

Benazir Institute of Urology & Transplantation (BIUT) and the Sindh Institute of Urology & Transplantation (SIUT) in Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah) is a 300-bedded, tertiary healthcare hospital. Established with the mission to provide free-of-cost medical care for patients with renal and related diseases, we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic professionals with a passion for making a positive difference in patient care.

The following positions are available based at Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah):

Available Positions

1. Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor/Consultant/Specialist – Clinical Pathology

  • Qualification: MBBS/FCPS/MCPS/DCP in Pathology/Clinical Pathology.
  • Requirements:
    • Qualification, experience, and publications must meet PMDC standards.
    • For Consultant/Specialist roles, 02 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

2. Nursing Supervisor

  • Qualification: B.SCN or a 3-year Diploma in General Nursing with valid PNC registration.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 07 years post-qualification experience.
    • At least 03 years in a supervisory role at a tertiary care hospital.

3. Trainee Medical Social Officer

  • Qualification: BS/Masters in Social Work or Sociology from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 02-03 years of relevant experience preferred.

4. Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Specialized Fields)

Specialties required:

  • Paediatric Urology

  • Paediatric Nephrology

  • Nephrology

  • Anaesthesiology

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

  • Qualification: Must meet PMDC requirements for faculty positions.

  • Experience: Relevant academic and practical expertise.

5. Consultant/Specialist – Radiology

  • Qualification: FCPS/MCPS/DMRD in Radiology.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in Radiology.

6. CSSD Technician

  • Qualification:
    • Intermediate (Science) with a CSSD Technician diploma recognized by Sindh Medical Faculty.
    • OR BS in Medical Technology.
  • Experience: 02-03 years of working experience in CSSD.

7. Lithotripsy Technician

  • Qualification: Certification/Training in Lithotripsy from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 02-03 years of relevant field experience.

8. Resident Medical Officer (Shift Duties)

Specialties required:

  • Urology

  • Nephrology

  • Emergency

  • Anaesthesia

  • ICU

  • Qualification: MBBS with completed one-year house job.

9. Urodynamic Technologist

  • Qualification: Certification/Training in Urodynamic Technology from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 02-03 years of relevant field experience.
